The Hinsdale School Board (SAU 92) announced the hiring of Dr. David Ryan as the Interim Superintendent of Schools for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year. Dr. Ryan has twenty three years of public educational leadership experience in rural, suburban and urban districts in New Hampshire where he has served as Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction, Principal, and Assistant Principal. He has a solid leadership background and experience in curriculum development, fiscal management, developing collaborative teams, and community outreach. Collectively, Dr. Ryan has thirty years of educational administration, leadership, and teaching experience, including as a member of the adjunct faculty at the University of New Hampshire and Southern New Hampshire University as part of the graduate and doctoral education programs, and as chair of the New England Regional Council of the College Board.
Dr. Ryan has lived with his family in Hooksett, NH for 25 years and looks forward to starting his new role effective July 1st. The Hinsdale School Board welcomes Dr. David Ryan to their administrative team.
