Our high school will be conducting the Youth Risk Behavior Survey on March 12th. If, as a parent/guardian, you do not want your child to participate, please be sure to have your child return the Passive Parental Permission Form (mailed February 25th) to the office no later than the morning of March 12th. A copy of the survey is available in the office for parents/guardians to view or here .
