Attention 2021 Graduate of Hinsdale High School

We hope that post-graduation is finding you well.

The Department of Education has asked us to forward you this post-graduate survey to be completed by students with an IEP during 2020-2121 school year.

Please go to bit.ly/NHEDpostgrad to access the survey.

Panorama Education helps school districts across the county use data to support each student’s needs.

Your participation in this survey is voluntary, but the information is helpful for data for future Hinsdale Graduates. Your responses will be kept confidential.

We appreciate your time on this and hope you are all doing well.

2021-2022 Before/After School Survey

Any student participating in the morning or after school programs offered by 21CCLC (HASP) will be asked to participate in a non-academic survey in May. Students in Grades 3-8 who regularly attend the program (before and or after school) will be asked to complete an on-line survey. The data is used by the NH Department of Education to evaluate our programs. This message is to notify parents or legal guardians of the non-academic survey or questionnaire and its purpose.
The survey is posted here.

603 BRIGHT FUTURES SURVEY-NHDOE

The New Hampshire Department of Education wants to hear from staff, families, and community members in your school community! The 603 Bright Futures Survey is available for you to distribute to your communities now through April 29th. This spring, it is especially important to hear feedback from your district and community. It has been two years since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, and much has changed since that time. While communities start to recover from all of the disruptions, it is critical to understand how staff, families and communities have been impacted, and how they will move forward to plan for the upcoming 2022-2023 school year.

The 603 Bright Futures Survey is also how schools will gather their Special Education Family data in support of the NHDOE’s federal reporting for Indicator 8. This year, all schools and families are eligible to participate.
Please feel free to share the survey with your community.

Survey Links: To access the surveys, please visit the appropriate link(s) beginning Monday, March 14, through Friday, April 29, 2022
